In this comedy sequel to Analyze This, a mob boss serving a prison sentence suffers a nervous breakdown and then leans upon his former psychiatrist to finally help him find some peace of mind. The MPAA has rated this movie R for language and sexual content. Strong language, including crude slang, and some profanity, occurs throughout the movie. While this movie contains no nudity on screen, several scenes contain implied nudity and sex. One scene takes place in a strip bar where the dancers wear bikini tops and bottoms. A dancer pushes a patrons head toward her breasts. In another scene, sounds coming from a room indicate that the main character is having sex with a prostitute. In another scene, the main character, wearing only a robe, flashes several female visitors in a friends home. Violence in the form of fist fighting, guns, knives and resulting implied death play a prominent role in this movie. A man is dropped off a building and lands in a trash container. A doctor examining a patient to determine if he is truly catatonic goes through a series of painful exercises to stimulate him, including jamming a needle into his leg. Alcohol figures prominently in many scenes, and the psychiatrist takes mysterious pills throughout the movie, referring to them as vitamins. In a dream sequence, he uses cocaine. The psychiatrists teenage son accepts a job as driver for the mob boss, against his fathers wishes.
