Modern vampires try to resurrect the original vampire Dracula in order to gain the strength to move in daylight. Vampire hunters combine forces to overcome this new threat. The MPAA rates the film "R" for violence, gore, and language. Blood sprays the screen from gunshot wounds, knives, and arrows. Explosions destroy many people. Vampires ignite then become ash when exposed to anti-vampire weapons. Vampires bite necks and much blood is shown. The head blows off of a vampire just before he ignites. Martial-arts-style violence occurs in many scenes. Humans are shown in a butcher-shop-like setting where vampires harvest their blood. Vampire dogs chase people through a building. Strong language and profanity are used. A woman is shown sitting naked in a shower with no nudity visible. Some law enforcement officers are employed bythe vampires. Children are shown endangered by vampires in a few scenes.
