An average high school guy and an exotic foreign student become involved while trying to thwart evil scientists. The boy's scientist-father is kidnapped by the evil company developing a device that slows down time for the wearer of special "watches." The MPAA rates this film PG for action violence and mild language. The youths are chased by bad guys throughout the film. The boy is involved in a car wreck. Various people are shot with paintball guns and "freeze" guns. A bad guy is twice kicked in the face.
