This comedy involves a family moving from the city to a home in the country. Their dream home becomes a nightmare with repairs and weird neighbors. The MPAA rates the film PG for some innuendos and language. Innuendo occurs between a husband and wife or in reference to a husband and wife having sex. Brief mild language and several uses of profanity are used in the film. Comedic violence involves a man getting injured during home repairs. A child is pulled underwater while fishing. Animals snarl at and chase adults and children. During a tender moment where a man holds a chipmunk a hawk swoops in and snatches the animal from his hand. A man faints during childbirth.
