This movie tells the story of the 1966 NCAA basketball tournament in which a team had an entirely African-American starting line-up. The struggles and successes of the team and the time in history are recounted. The MPAA rates the film "PG" for racial issues including violence and epithets, and mild language. Black Americans are faced with racial biases. Derogatory language and slurs are cast at the basketball players. The team members are threatened with violence and some pushing and shoving occur. Vulgar names are painted in blood on walls and personal belongings. Some mild language is used but no profanity. Alcohol and tobacco are used in the film.
