MovieDescription: CHEAPER BY THE DOZEN Cast: Steve Martin, Bonnie Hunt, Piper Perabo, and Hilary Duff. Directed by Shawn Levy. This is a remake of the film adaptation of the book by the same name. In this version the dad is a football coach who uproots his family to take his dream job. Simultaneously, mom's book becomes a hit and she must leave dad in charge. All discover that dad cannot be the best coach and the best dad at the same time. The MPAA rates the film PG for language and thematic elements. Mild language and profanity are used. There is a scene where two children throw up and one falls in the mess. A dog bites a guy's crotch because, as a prank, children have soaked his shorts in meat. Food is thrown and consumed in gross ways. A boy's pet frog dies. The boy feels neglected and runs away from home. The family members rediscover their priorities for each other.
