MovieDescription: THE SPY NEXT DOOR Cast: Jackie Chan, George Lopez, Billy Ray Cyrus, Amber Valletta. Directed by Brian Levant. In this comedy, a Chinese agent working with the CIA has a safe house in suburbia. He falls in love with his next-door neighbor, a divorced mom with three rebellious kids. To prove his love and devotion, the spy volunteers to watch the kids while mom is away. The MPAA rates the film PG for action violence and rude humor. Martial-arts-style fighting shows punches and kicks being thrown. Some people are hit with blunt objects, including frying pans. A young man ends up with a bloodied face from a fight. Knives and handguns are wielded, though no one is hurt. A middle school boy is shoved into a trash can by bullies. Children lie and scheme to break up their mother and her boyfriend. Unmarried adults kiss and embrace. Some innuendo passes between an unmarried couple. Children use mild profanities and slang. Children are shown in dangerous situations though none are hurt.
