A street-wise African-American bookie is recruited by the CIA to take the place of his long-lost twin brother, a Harvard-educated, cosmopolitan antique dealer. The government must negotiate the purchase of a nuclear suitcase bomb before it falls into the hands of terrorists. The MPAA has rated this movie PG-13 for intense sequences of violent action, some sensuality and language. Strong language, including one instance of profanity occurs throughout the movie. A series of scenes contain some sensuality including the silhouette of a woman in the shower, a woman in provocative lingerie, and a woman making sexual overtures to a man in a restaurant. Several scenes include intense violence with handguns and automatic weapons, in which several people are killed at point-blank range, however, none of the scenes contain blood. A protracted car chase scene results in two men in a car being pushed over a cliff.
