In this crime comedy, a bomb in a suitcase creates chaos for more than a dozen people, including a divorced dad, two teenagers, a discontented homemaker, two police officers, two FBI officers, a pair of Russian immigrants, two thugs, an unethical businessman and a homeless person. Their paths cross in unconventional ways until the bomb is no longer a threat. The MPAA rating is PG-13 for language, crude humor and sex-related material. Weapons and arms are shown and used in multiple scenes. A baseball bat is used to attack one man and another man is kicked and beaten. A security guard is shown drinking alcohol on the job. There are two scenes of male nudity and a scene showing a man and woman in an adulterous situation. A teenage boy considers his father a loser. The language is crude and profane throughout the film.
