MovieDescription: BIG MOMMA'S HOUSE Cast: Martin Lawrence, Nia Long, Paul Giamatti, Terrence Howard Directed by: Raja Gosnell An undercover cop gets in too deep when he begins to fall in love with the woman he and his partner have under surveillance. In an effort to win her trust, he assumes the identity of her grandmother-in true Mrs. Doubtfire style-including wig, mask, body padding, etc. The MPAA rates this film "PG-13" for crude humor, innuendos, language and some violence. Strong language is somewhat pervasive with one or two instances of profanity, euphemisms for body parts, and sexual innuendo. A man and woman are in bed together and their conversation insinuates sexual excitement. Much of the humor in this comedy revolves around bathroom habits and other private matters. Violence includes: hand-to-hand combat, karate, handguns, and comedic threats with a baseball bat, two men face off with handguns, and a young boy is used as a human shield. A woman gives her testimony in church, and begins to use profanity and inappropriate conversation to describe her life. A woman undresses for a shower, is shown nude from behind, and is unaware that a man is watching her. Treatment of authority figures: The town policeman is portrayed as a cowardly buffoon.
