MovieDescription: ALMOST HEROES STARRING: CHRIS FARLEY, MATTHEW PERRY. DIRECTED BY: CHRISTOPHER GUEST. In this comedy, the little known expedition team of Hunt and Edwards make their way West. They attempt to compete with the more famous explorers Lewis and Clark. The MPAA rates this movie "PG-13" for crude humor and nudity. You can also expect an occasional mild swear word to be used expressively. While looking through a telescope, a man sees a naked woman bathing in the river. The incident turns into a joke when a hairy naked man appears in sight. Both views of the bare bodies are from the back. A drinking duel is won by a man who drinks excessivly. This seems to get him into constant trouble. When it's apparent that he has won the duel and saved the two stars lives, he says, " Maybe now you will agree, drinking has its benefits." While this statement is true enough in this instance, this incident could send the wrong message. The crude humor varies from bathroom jokes to sexual jokes. There are innuendos about masturbating and sleeping with whores. If you find most sexual humor offensive, this may be offensive as well.
