A professor sets out to create nice, perfect girls to brighten the town of Townsville. He mistakenly adds Chemical X which gives the girls super powers. At first the girls are reckless with their powers and later they harness them to defeat an evil, super-powered chimp. The MPAA rates this film G. There is no alcohol or drug use in the film. There is also no nudity. There is one use of mild language. Violence is pervasive in the film. Evil and scary monkeys and apes with brains extending beyond their skulls attack the town. The animals use bombs, fire, etc., to threaten people. There are several examples of body functions including a giant, robot monkey that drops bombs from its bottom.
