A young baseball fan has the opportunity to be a hero when he discovers Babe Ruths stolen baseball bat. He crosses the country to reunite the bat with the hero. The MPAA rates the film G for all audiences. A boys father is threatened with the loss of his job over the loss of the famous baseball bat. Bad guys from a rival team are shown as bungling and gross. They create a so-called booger ball to defeat the good guys. Bad guys chase and threaten children, though they are seldom in peril. Comedic falls and a hit on the head by an animated baseball bat are the most violent scenes. Positive family relationships are portrayed.
